Terms and Conditions La Maison Guimauve takes great care to ensure the quality of our products offered for sale on our website. The products are stored in optimum conditions and are prepared and packaged according to strict quality regulations. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, it is too late to cancel the order. Once you receive them, if you're not 100% happy with our products, we will immediately put it right for you – refunding or replacing as appropriate. We request that you contact us within one week of receiving your order explaining the problem and including photographs.
Bespoke orders cannot be refunded or replaced once preparation is underway.
Best Before Date and Storage To enjoy your product at their best, we recommend that La Maison Guimauve marshmallows are eaten as fresh as possible and ideally before the Best Before Date displayed on the packaging or on the leaflet enclosed in the Gift Boxes. If you are not consuming them immediately, they should be stored in a cool, dark place at an ambient temperature no greater than 21 degrees Celsius. Marshmallows shipped to the Customer's home are delivered in specific packaging that protects them from all damage during transport.
Allergies The products sold on our website may contain certain allergens specified under the ingredients section of each product page. Nutritional information for pre-packaged food Products (e.g. biscuit and chocolate products in our Classic S'mores Box) is given on the product page. You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire specifically. Although some of our products do not contain gluten, dairy, nuts, soy or eggs as part of their ingredients, they are prepared in a kitchen where these ingredients are handled and stored and so may contain traces of allergens sufficient to cause a reaction.
Timing If your marshmallows are for a special event, do let us know so that we can get them to you in time. We will do everything we can to get your order to you. Sometimes there are unavoidable delays in the postal service and if this is the case with your order, we are sorry but we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping which are out of our control. We will do everything we can to expedite the product to you and we will always go the extra mile to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase.
